Refund Policy

Custom Products
Because every magnet is custom-made with your personal photos, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalized products unless there is a quality or production issue on our end.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect (misprinted, wrong image, physical damage), please:
- Email us at picturethis.susan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We'll evaluate the claim and either reprint your magnets or issue a full refund — your choice
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or provide a refund.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire.
Event Bookings
Event booking cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
