Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are custom-made. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size and destination.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
• Expedited Shipping: Available upon request — contact us for pricing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or reship your order.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Shipping for wholesale and bulk orders is quoted separately based on quantity and destination. Please visit our Wholesale page for more information.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you're outside the US and interested in our products, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
